Nicknamed “Jetrabbit” for his blazing speed, with a 4.29 40-yd dash time.  Did not start playing football until his senior year of high school and did not receive any scholarship offers.  Highly determined to play college football, persevered to play his junior and senior seasons at Virginia University of Lynchburg.  Versatility to play all over the defensive backfield and on special teams.  All the physical tools are there and with proper coaching Felton will work on his craft and develop into an NFL cornerback.  Compared by an NFL Scout to Chicago Bears’ Cornerback Tim Jennings.  Invited to Dream Bowl & Globe Bowl but was unable to attend.
