CapFigure Podcast takes listeners on an exhilarating journey through relevant topics within the world of professional sports’ organizations.  Ryan DePaulo, formerly of ESPN Radio, delivers a witty, unapologetic and unfiltered attitude to hosting the show; balancing the calculated, clean-cut demeanor of CapFigure Founder and former leveraged finance investment banker, Thomas L. McLaughlin.

  1. Wow – 20th episode. Congrats! Keep them coming. Ryan and Tom solid duo. Each bringing their own style and perspective to this episode. Each extremely knowledgeable in their own right.

Love the concept of this Podcast… great content. Too many highlights to mention. However, one that really stood out was their takeaway on the MVP awards. Although generally more of the “straight” one, McLaughlin -while DePaulo more of the goofy most time “funny” one, really liked Tom’s Medicaid award/Perkins commentary – quite funny.

Since listening to the CapFigure Podcast episodes and reading the blogs, really understanding and enjoying sports a great deal.

Thank you for bringing both to us!
