In this episode of CapFigure Podcast, we continue our 2017 team previews from Chavez Ravine, the home of the Los Angeles Dodgers. Known recently as “The Evil Empire of the West”, the Dodgers are well-known for their oversized payroll and lack of a ring to show for it. Despite these shortcomings, the Dodgers sport the game’s best pitcher (Clayton Kershaw) and a streak of four straight NL West titles. Two wins away from the NL Pennant in 2016, are the Dodgers poised to take the giant leap to World Series Champions in 2017? If you call yourself a baseball fan, you won’t want to miss a thing!

Wow – my head is spinning – DaPaulo and McLaughlin so much to share from the Dodgers past seasons (last season 91 wins) to their players , to their $260M payroll (how does that impact wins/losses/players, their off-season and projections to the 2017 season, as well as comments on fans and stadium.
While reviewing the upcoming season/teams, dependent upon the number of their episode, McLaughlin talks about team player wearing that number. For instance episode 34, he talks about players who wear/wore #34. Continue to be extremely impressed w his knowledge overall, stats and much more. No surprise that he’s a numbers guy and like his presentation.
